“When united people fight for you in one cause, you cannot be defeated”
I woke up this morning to the remarkable news that President
Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has ordered the indefinite halt of the proposed N5,000
note. This is a laudable feat in the right direction, those who are good at
getting rid of trouble are those who take care of it before it arises, GEJ! I greet
and respect you, you have just placed the interest of the people far above
political interest. In a country like Nigeria such a thing is not easy to come
by {TIUALE}.
His Excellency, Nigerians don’t care about the ethnic,
Linguistic or religious background of their President as long as the living
condition in the country is comfortable and affordable, for this reason, i
implore you to please put the interest of the people as your top most priority
and they will not fail you when the time comes.
WHAT NEXT?
It is quite clear and understandable that most of the
problems facing this nation is as a result of bad leadership in the past, this
is not your fault but the solution and way forward lies in your hand, meaning,
you can choose to either join the long list of bad leadership or make a
difference and be remembered as one who changed the course of this nation for
the better.
Sir, i recommend you get a list of all Federal Government abandoned project in the country,
find out the reasons why they have been abandoned these past years, provide
means by which these projects can be completed and complete them.
Also, we should reduce the Fire brigade manner {RUSH, RUSH}
in which policies are being formulated without due implementation of those
already on ground. One has discovered that the major problem in the corridors
of power in this beloved country of ours is ‘policy implementation’. We have
the ginger and energy to formulate policies but lack the Will and strength to
see it reach the GRASSROOTS e.g Cashless policy.
Sir, the mistakes of the past is not a reason to truncate
the beauty of the future, if not for anything, for the sake of generations yet unborn.
GOODLUCK to you JONATHAN...... I see GREAT things happening to Nigeria!
NAIJA ONI BAJE O!
