COURT RESTRAIN FG ON UNILAG NAME-CHANGE!!!

A federal High court , Ikeja has issued an interim order restraining the Federal Government from rechristening the University of Lagos as Moshood Abiola University, pending the determination of the suit.

Please note, that the courts donot make laws only enforce them, thus, with a bill before the National Assembly to change the name, this interim order will no longer hold water where the Legislature approves the change of name.
