WHY CAN'T WE GET IT RIGHT?

Nigeria is a country blessed with the resources needed to make it one of the best country in the world, the problem however is, God put Nigerians in it.

What actually is that thing that ticks inside of us, which makes us freely do a wrongful act as if it were the correct thing to do, for instance;

• Crossing an express way, when there is a pedestrian crossing  provided.
• moving contrary to to traffic lights rule, because there is no law enforcement  around.
• urinating directly under a "pls don't urinate " sign, or
• dumping dirt just beside a "dont dump refuse here".

We Nigerians are fond of walking when told to stop and stop when told to walk, i ask again "what is that thing that ticks inside us that makes us a wrong act as if it were just?"

The change we need to bring about the development of  our beloved country which we love, does not lie in the hands of the Government, like majority of the masses ignorantly believe, rather, the change we desire is upto to me and you.

Donot ask what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country.
